Happy Monday, Reader!

The other day, my child asked me to sit and color.

I almost said no.

There were dishes in the sink.

Messages waiting.

A full to-do list running through my mind.

But something made me pause.

So I sat down.

We colored quietly.

Talked about nothing and everything at the same time.

And in that simple moment, I felt it.

Peace.

It reminded me that the moments we often rush past are the ones our children remember most.

Not the perfect plans.

Not the big events.

Just us…being with them.

You don’t have to do more to be a good mom.

You just have to be present in what’s already in front of you.

Today, let yourself slow down.

Say yes to one small moment.
